Hold up! Wait a minute. So they can not give their employees even a cost of living raise and decent bonus because they get a huge incentive bonus over 3 years to not meet regulatory goal.
This place is a hot mess. Yeah. I was already numb now even more. They'll get just enough to get paid and SMT ideal stealers get to do their job because guess what? idk stuff anymore or have an ideas.
The board, if they are paying attention, should feel like id--ts.

There you have it. The whole “do more with less” , “rank everyone low” and “take the cheap route” was all so that the upper echelon could get bigger payouts for themselves.
Seriously guys, its time to work just hard enough to keep from getting fired, no more, no less. A ranking of 2 gets you no where. No more money, nor any safeguards from being let go. Work just hard enough to keep from getting fired, no more, no less.
