I don't know what area you work in @hm+1jhsyytaz but in my area, middle managers like myself don't get the luxury of not doing anything to earn my check. By my reconing I'm doing at least two technical roles on top of my managerial role. And on top of that, when upper leadership wants to yell at someone, I'm usually near the top of that list. I am not the only one in this position either. I know of people with titles up to VP that get their hands dirty in the trenches every day.

Your enemy isn't sitting near you, they're in the nosebleed section in the c-suites.

@a9+1jhsyytaz good fu-k your bonus. It's bullsh-t that hard working employees get none while mo--nic middle managers who don't get their hands dirty do.

This post is premature since IC is still being reviewed from SLT, but any manager knows that the perce takes were cut severely. 82.5% in FIG? WTH. We celebrate earnings every damn quarter. We all know we are pumping the stock at the expense of stability.

Very disappointed to be treated like this.

Did you cut any of your employees? I sacrificed 5 people and my bonus increased $50k. You have to cut people to get a good bonus. If you don’t have any people try to get them to transfer you some, so you can cut them!

Bonuses are determined by the number of employee tears you generate. Next time make it more traumatic and you might get a bigger bonus. Maybe.

Just look at Frank. His bonus is the biggest yet!

@am+1jhsyytaz must be an executive... Out of touch and picking stocks with 40 P/E ratio. So Fiserv is set to make twice as much as normal tech companies in the next few years. Anybody with half a brain knows that's impossible

@am+1jhsyytaz maybe you should learn how stocks work and realize that FI stock is a very poor investment, and that overall investing in stocks for anyone with less than a few million to invest is about a sure bet as taking your money to Vegas and playing roulette with it.

Every person in this company can, or should be able to see the stock game FB is playing. It's a slightly more sophisticated version of a pump and dump, with an added layer of rotting the company from the inside out to prop the numbers up to sell that pump a little bit harder. Add his running guest appearances at the NYSE and the business shows to provide a little extra flair, then he takes the govt gig, sells off his stock, "to divest and show there is no inpropriety" and he laughs all the way to the bank while your "investments" tank after you waited 3+ years to get them after the work you earned them for is done.

Did everyone's bonus get cut? I have not received an update on mine yet.

Your cash bonus may not be great but the stock you receive increases. Maybe you need to use your small cash bonus to buy more stock and invest in your future instead of expecting the company to care for you like a child.

Director in EMEA here: my budget for team bonuses was cut by 10% as compared to last year. That in a company that anyway has always been paying cr-ppy bonuses when compared to the market.
