We know some people were already been cut. Is there a way to know how many are still left?

@w4 only if you qualify for longer based on years
would need to be more than 6 years ... 7 years would be 90 days warn NY plus two weeks ..
@a8 is it Warn + Severance ?
Two thousand
Yes . These are warn notice of June layoff
@a3 this is the last Warn report Date June layoffs
they post after the fact and just pay out the 60 CA or 90 NY
i have heard this 2000 number is all US based employees
FFS people still talking about those WARN notices. They are from the last round. They haven't confirmed any lay offs yet, so no WARN filed. They just pay you off for the notice period then file. We all know this!
@a3 I believe these are from the June layoffs. If you check the site under "Date of WARN Notice" it shows 6/10/2025 for these numbers. We probably won't seeing anything about these on WARN until after the fact.
@a4 Kind of…WARN “matters” enough that companies either give the notice or pay for it. The payout isn’t optional - it’s basically how they stay compliant. Also, NY’s actually 90 days, not 45.
@a3 WARN doesn't really matter, they tend to do the payout rather than the actual notice. Only time that does matter if they don't want to pay out the 45 NY or 60 CA day requirement.
Based on NY and CA WARN notices:
48 - Gower
61 - Lot
233 - 1515
19 - W 57 St
Assuming this is correct, it sounds like majority of those affected will either employees based out of satellite offices or remote.
Well sh-t.
