Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Verizon and T-Mobile Have New CEOs, Is AT&T Next?

Verizon and T-Mobile just named new CEOs, and it really makes you wonder… is AT&T next? The mood across the company says it all. People are exhausted, morale’s crushed, and trust in leadership is at an all-time low.

If a change at the top actually happens, you can bet there’ll be a huge sigh of relief across our hubs. It wouldn’t just be about a new name. It’d be about hope for a new direction, one that finally listens to employees and fixes the mess RTO and poor leadership have created.

We’re overdue for a reset. Maybe this time, real leadership will show up…

If it is some one within.. nothing will change. As a matter of fact they will double down.. Has to be an external person with a reasonable vision with respect for employees.

The whole crew of stink and his directs have to be culled for a fresh start and no internal person will do that..

Morale will do a 180 if RTO is abolished

When failure is rewarded, you get more of it. Decades of failed leadership cannot be fixed within. It will take an Elliot Management type firm to force wholesale changes. Not likely to happen anytime soon.

You are a controlled FOOL if you think a new CEO can fix this. Sure, let them prop up a new joker so that they can rinse and repeat . This is a public company ! Do you think the CEO acts without fear of a board ? Yep, go ahead and change the name on your target and watch how things don't change, then play stupid and tell everyone you weren't told how it works. We need an external revenue service with a fee of 8,877,002.31Indian Rupee or 100,000 USD per telecom and tech worker per year.

There is no real leadership anywhere close to being in line as the next CEO. "Leadership" is a foreign word to AT&T executives. All they know how to do is kiss the a$$ of those above and reward their minions who kiss their a$$.

Stankey ain't goin' nowhere, that you can be sure of. When he eventually leaves, Jeremie Legg has to right of first refusal for CEO.

Dan Schulman the new CEO at Verizon is a former ATT executive. He's quite competent having held CEO levels at many corporations--Priceline, Virgin Airlines...
But he's merely a placeholder at age 68.

“ we all know the BoD is clueless too and they’ll just promote from within”

Even worse…the BOD is utterly complicit. They too are avaricious sw1ne.

It’s irrelevant, we all know Jeff’s vest was groomed in the shadow of the Stank.

Same exact sh*t

If it’s McSelfish nothing will change. Just pray that it’s anybody else.
