FIS leadership is visiting Columbus on 5/22 and our “ leaders” have requested all seats filled even if you work remotely. We have to look like good fat cattle if they want the sale to be successful.

My best friend works on the mainframe team...THEY ARE ALL BEING LET GO! I guess it makes sense now why Cameron had the townhall so early and disabled questions. Wealthy people have convinced themselves that anyone who is not wealthy isn't even a person. :(

Yep. While you're going to sleep tonight wondering how you're going to keep a roof over your head and put food on the table Cameron is scrolling on his phone picking out a new boat. Obviously, I don't know that, but essentially all these families are being hurt so that the people with the most can get more.

Our team had 2 meetings, one at 8am the other at 9am. The 8am group were let go, the 9am group still have their jobs for now and that's all that was told. It's pretty fu---d up that supposedly no one knew but that's a damn lie. All that matters is more money in the pockets of execs plain and simple. Fu-k the fact that you just upended countless families and no one will lose an ounce of sleep tonight except us who got let go.

Pay and benefits for 30 days from today's date, along with a severance package that compensates for years worked.

For anyone let go take the severance and if offered contract work take it while you look. Our clients know what global is doing and how unfair. Market is hard but contract you get picked up pretty easy. Been doing it for some time and I get offers all the time. A lot less stress.

Are they offering any severance package? Or is it 30 days and you're done?

My senior director messaged me today to hop on a Google Meet call; she let me know that I am being given 30 days and that's that. Good luck everyone!

I have no idea. But I’d ask your manager or talk to coworkers to see if they’ve heard anything from anyone or others. Just so there’s a line going around

No idea man. At least last time, Cameron had a townhall and mentioned that we are gonna have layoffs. This is time there is no townhall as such so I am doubting if there is anything happening at all
