Could be.

Canada, Singapore, AMS, India, Herzo, ZGA, ... NAM or LAM could be next.

So stupid. Of course there are no layoffs in Portland.

Yes, US is next, if you assess that the same complexity exists in US offices too.

The DEI comment wins.
When every job post begins with a DEI statement you know how bad it is in North America. Hire and fire based on Merit, begin with cleaning those hires first than off to L.A.

Here's the beginning of every open role on the career site (it needs to end) :

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at adidas means championing individual uniqueness and cultivating a culture of belonging in which everyone can create at their best. We embrace diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives and seek to create a workforce that reflects our consumers and communities.

Let's start here.

Only in LA. The cost of that office could subsidize all 500 in Herzo salary tbh

Usually not. They may move HC to US again as a means to lay off more people in Europe and then move it back in a couple years. That seems to be the norm

Zaragoza and Porto are the next ones, once the sh*t has settled.

I do not care. Give me the severance package and I am happily out.

Not that I would mind being laid off all that much.
