If you’re on a floor/area that isn’t for your team or unit, you’ll be told to leave. That space is for people who actually belong there.
Don’t act offended—you know you’re not supposed to be there in the first place!

Kicked out 4 MFs today! Where are these sacks that say they won’t move?
CRE should do a nightly sweep of personal belongings and toss them out. I see more and more people “claiming” their desk in an all drop-in areas.
No assigned seating d-bag. Deal with it. Only way I’ll move is if Stink himself makes me. And even then I’m not sure I’ll listen.
This is working as designed. Purpose of RTO and 5 days in the office was to create chaos, confusion, anger and disbelief among people so they give up and resign voluntarily. Don’t expect that this situation will improve. It is sad that you uprooted your life and moved to new location on your own dime. Now you are sc--wed.
There have always been areas assigned to certain towers, which hasn't been followed or enforced since flex seating began because it hasn't been an issue until now (at least at this level of morale). The problem is that management (building and team supervisors/GMs) have not proactively managed the situation they knew was coming.
Whether it's apathy ("not my job/problem") or the pervasive reacting instead of planning, this isn't surprising. I don't see any coordination between teams or departments - only an expectation that it will somehow work itself out. Unfortunately the consequence is one AT&T wants: don't like it here? Leave.
I’m on a secured floor, but that hasn’t stopped people from having friends badge them in just to claim space. This entire situation is absolutely ridiculous.
Meanwhile, HR seems to live in a fantasy world where they believe we have enough parking and office space. They seriously need a reality check—soon!
Some of you behave like rats!
Bring in one of those foldable quad camping chairs with you and sit wherever you want.
Seats are drop in first come first served. No group should be reserving any area if it has not been approved by GRE.
That space is for people who actually belong there.
I've got a whole a-s letter that tells me I belong there. So if you think I'm going to be bullied into moving, think again. If you're nice, I might try to sit somewhere else tomorrow. If you're not, I will make it my God-given mission to sit there every single day, sm--k in the middle of your group. Your choice.
Don’t act offended—you know we don't have assigned floors/areas/seats. If T later decides that some security type or other groups need dedicated space for specific reasons, it will be decided, announced, and implemented in conjunction with CRE. But not you and not today.
It’s drop in seating. You aren’t assigned and you don’t own it.
I support this! 100%
This would be fine if we all had assigned seats.
We don’t have enough room for everyone in the assigned areas. It’s more ridiculous to stroll in at 9:35 expecting a seat be available for you.
“ If you’re on a floor/area that isn’t for your team or unit, you’ll be told to leave“
It’s drop in seating.
Ignore the trill trying to get people riled up.
And he would never dare tell anyone to leave, because he is a candy a$$.
