@ag I agree on his choice of leadership choices.. Do not have to look further than his direct reports. Some of them are not even qualified to be on the positions they are on.. Think of someone having 4 years of total experience reporting to him and taking decisions on budgets.

@ab I am in Business team. I was told that I can’t push a change to 700k customers at once due to legacy system.
what were they doing all this while? Can’t imagine a company as large as Verizon to have such outdated systems.

@ab his leadership??? Rofl.. where? He still has 50 year systems that he's done nothing with, while wasting money on pet projects. He's built management layers that provide no value. He promotes the people he likes regardless of qualifications or promotes just based on where your seat is.

He good as a Director and Exec Dir... once he got to VP.... he completely changed and went downhill from there....

Everyone, let’s take a step back. Vivek is the main reason GTS is operating successfully right now. He has been holding down the fort for the technology team and doing everything possible to keep things running. He manages one of our most complex and challenging legacy areas. Without his leadership, managing this department would be incredibly difficult and any major missteps could seriously jeopardize the company's stability.

Alfanso need to address severe leadership issues involving Vivek, his VPs and Rahul. The current team dynamic feels exclusionary and Rahul’s unprofessional behavior driven by favoritism is harming morale. For the sake of the company culture, leadership changes must be made.

What does the current incumbent in the Oval Office have to do with Verizon's success, RIFs, market capitalization, market share, and lagging stock price???
