It seems like they have laid off a lot of middle management, it's like the squid games, maybe if you don't move you won't get hit. :(

What is the severance based on, as in based on the years of experience? 4 years service translates to how much?
@at we are now being advised not to schedule meetings, just to call the employee. No more 15 min meetings scheduled.
On what basis will this RIF be? Is it performance based (2's, 3's) or people not following proper RTO protocol, based on pay or based on department budget?
