@OP Lol, do you even work here? They don't do Christmas bonuses and you wouldn't see your merit increase until January, but merits have been approved and should have been communicated to you by now (or at least by the end of the year.)
We’ve never had Christmas bonuses. Those are usually announced in February and dispersed in March. The company has recently been pretty quiet or lax in delaying merit increases in the new year.
