Correct me if I'm wrong, but did Dan just add another C level position and fill it with a former colleague from paypal? Leadership at its BEST!

@kk who are we talking about exactly. There's many that fit that mold...
@jn sounds about right. She massacred people in meetings but then acted like a politician in public. Says whatever needs to be said to hold onto power. Just one of many that set the example at the top of an inauthentic and ruthless culture masked by fake smiles and hashtags.
@cp and they underwhelm in their performance. She is a big time leftist but plays the game of st-----g the right. This company loves the GOP’s light regulatory touch, but personally votes against the corporation’s interests, and this lady and her feminine compatriots lead that charge.
It is true. The Pals will jump on the pile of cash after Dan cuts workers who are barely feeding their families. Meanwhile… even the slimiest of executives who break all the rules will get paid their weight in gold. You really mean nothing to the company if you are not an executive. It’s shameful…. No ethics.
@ax I wonder if that is more of a middle finger to upper and middle mgt... Your next...
@a7 looks very woke
C-suite circlej--k
How many bosses has the public policy lady had now? That group gets passed around on the regular. From legal to VGS back to legal and now corporate affairs.
It was a tone deaf email with every employee worried about losing their job.
Even funnier to me, he didn't even last a year at his last job at Columbia. Imagine any individual contributor having an employment gap after not being in their last position for a year and the roasting HR would give them in an interview.
Just more millionaires hooking up their homies while they prep their golden parachutes. The asset extraction era is here.
Cronies already coming in. This one to spin the mass layoffs.
He deserves a tax break.
Putting the pal in Paypal!
Gotta love cutting cost while creating an absolutely new position with a TC of who tf knows.
@a2 gotcha!
not quite...an EVP rather than c-level but still...yeah
It absolutely happened.
