I’ve been at M3 long enough to remember when we were scrappy, focused, and actually proud of the work we did. We moved fast, took care of each other, and leadership had a clear sense of direction. That’s all faded over the years.
Now it’s just layers of middle management, constant reorgs, and decisions driven by metrics that don’t reflect reality on the ground. Morale’s low, good people keep leaving, and those of us who stay are just trying to hold the line. It's like watching something you once believed in slowly fall apart. Not because it has to, but because no one’s really steering anymore.
I’m still here because I care. But it’s getting harder to recognize the place I joined.
