So confused and the gag order on upper management is frustrating, no meetings or any updates. Just using all staff to call and close out patient accounts in Landmark, say good bye to the patients. At the very same time, another team is adding introductory visits to provider schedules. What do you wish we tell them? What the he-l is the program or services we are even selling? Wth? On 4/24, is Landmark providers and staff going be under another Optum program, just not Housecalls? Or are we fired. Just answer the freaking question....

Yet we sit & wait again, conveniently our upper management ignore the chat questions & say nothing. Ineligible patients still all over our schedules, new ones being added. What a bullsh-t way to treat their employees….oh & don’t forget to nominate someone for a Sage award. Fu

Am I the only one who hasnt received ANY email? None to tell me I’m being reassigned none to tell me wtf is going on. Nothing. Just BS meetings where they talk in circles. I never imagined being this far in my career realizing I would have had better job security with a GED.
I personally feel like no meetings is better than having meetings where you go expecting answers and leave more confused and frustrated than before the meeting.
Witty should be fired, he is completely out of touch with the company and sinking the ship. If he was a real leader there wouldn't so much waste and abuse.
Witty and the leadership below him are un american. We saw how leaders like him hollowed out our manufacturing and he and is minions work to hollow out professional jobs in the US to India. They all could careless about this country. Witty please move to India.

Right?! That email blew me away. I thought it contained a bit of foreshadowing as well. There were hints at certain roles being rendered redundant.
I guess we will know something tomorrow or next Thursday. This is incredibly disrespectful toward staff. Making comments about wanting to be a preferred employer is cr-p!
Honestly, the answer usually comes in the form of a surprise 15-minute meeting. They do not typically warn employees or loop them into the overall plan. It’s awful, but that’s how they operate. Chaos is king @ Optum.
