How is the RTO policy now ? Asking for a friend. I heard like a month back the the new CEO don't care much about coming to office and many ppl stopped coming to office as less as once a month?

Does it even matter? Start showing some results and no one will care about your work location.
They aren’t monitoring it because management cancels days in office all the time for little reasons like we have a couple people off tomorrow so everybody just work from home.
Also, it’s been absolutely empty and quiet you can hear crickets when I have gone in (except Tuesday). Even Tuesdays aren’t as busy - was bursting at the seams pre-RTO

I heard rumor they are cutting back to 2 days in office. We shall see

@OP do your work on time and with quality....nothing else matter....now go back and worry about more important stuff and stop with the same BS over and over
