Yeah, I heard about'em. Delivering the worst customer service in America!
It’s anticipated that home based care, pact, tech, and inside sales are taking heavy losses if not eliminated altogether.

Yeah like I realize there are literally thousands of other middle management employees in the company that are getting the axe and obviously some stores, but really wondering about all of us lowly frontline state side internal care on the wireless side.
