I heard quite a few bottom performing L6+ folks got their notice today at AWS…… with a hearty severance. Can anyone confirm?

@a1 Yeah, that is why there are so many problems in IT. Most India tech is not good.

@a6 One day soon they will come for you, don't be so mean to India,, its the corporates and not India,, they do what is meant to make money,, and amazon culture is customer is king to make money,,, the extension is ,, employees are IN SQUID GAMES with a hostile culture of no care and ki-l to grow, just saying!
Is there even any room to take a pi-s without someone seeing you in India, let alone moving companies there… I feel like there is more people in India than there are paces to stand. Just sayin.
