Good luck, everybody. At least we know it's done after today.

Layoffs will continue throughout all of 2026. Buckle up.
@OP I’m sorry but if you believe that this is “over” I have some swamp land to sell ya!
@a6 it was my understanding that Thursday is the day that teams will meet and begin to pick apart the wreckage and figure out how to move forward.
Not over today. 2026 will be more outsourcing (possibly more layoffs) and 2027 will be AI integration (possibly more layoffs).
@a6 Can you elaborate on anything else at all? We're all sitting ducks thinking today is it.
@a6 supposedly emails come out after 5 today to those that have not had a 1:1 or something like that. Plus tomorrow are the “offer letters” and “team meetings” tomorrow and Thursday. Are they planning more layoff conversations into Wednesday now? It wouldn’t surprise me. Disappointed in how we have been bamboozled.
From my understanding it's NOT over with until Thursday. This is from a very good source. The transparency isn't there....
@a4 People can now focus on the remainder of the year, and begin looking for other opportunities. The impacted associates probably have two months to find a new job before companies begin closing the books until 2026
This is far from over. This is the new normal.
Cascade 2, yes. E.R is just getting started. The dust will still need to settle from all the damage from cascade 2. All while heading into the busiest time of the year for a lot of teams. Then, starting next year, we get to start offshoring even more jobs to india so chubak can brag about how he made this number over here go up! And this number over here go down because he's a wall street guy, and they are just sooo much smarter than us hicks out here in midwest.
