Where's New Mexico's WARN Notice?

Where's New Mexico's WARN Notice? Is that site immune like how it was last Fall? Anyone laid off from there?

Why would the WARN Act apply across the border? Is there even is a relevant Mexican law?

Digitimes is reporting a rumor that LBT wants to sell the glass substrate line, and presumably all the manufacturing associated with it, calling it an 'R&D Trap'.

That would take some time but the current tech is leading edge so some of the package foundries might jump at the chance.

I'm assuming it would not affect headcount, much or at all, but expect leaner conditions if working for one of those foundries. It is a low margin business.
