Only accepted belk cards and cash for Mother’s Day weekend. Can we say this was carefully orchestrated by Belk corporate. Very shady.

I work at Belk and I can't even see my schedule no one can. I don't see how it's even open at this point. 😩
J.C. Penney’s problem was nowhere near as bad as Belk’s my daughter works at JCP as a manager.
I was told JC Penny's had a similar server problem other day that Belk is having right now, since we both use the same kind of internet service according to one of our managers. For sure, the people in the big office have made some very questionable business decisions, but the odds of this being some kind of shady stunt is unlikely imo. We're also being told this issue should hopefully be resolved by sometime today.
Our store could accept Visa and MC also. Just not debit and AMEX. But no STH or BOPIS. Our STH is what has been keeping us reaching our sales goals or at least close to them. I can't see the company sabatoging that. Although any company, doing shady things wouldn't surprise me.
