Is there any Lawsuit filed for mistreatment by AT&T with their employees by not providing secure place and still forced terminate at mass level which is against DOL mandate.

In at will states, companies don't have to provide secure employment. Not a law against layoffs. Look at all the companies involved in layoffs right now. But by all means, don't take advice here. Contact employment attorney.
