My dept is scrambling to get this unpredicted,unfamiliar particularly odd year end review done.
The energy in our studio is really off & seems shady.
It marks 1 yr this friday that the layoffs happened last year.
Does anyone have anything to share.

Restructuring seems to always happen in January/February. The push for the early reviews is odd and unique. I guess we will all see what comes of it soon enough.
Supply chain has been eliminating positions all throughout the year. The few times I’ve gone to email someone and their email bouncing back has been concerningly high.
Echoing @a6+1jhkgw5rg. I have heard similar things. For what it’s worth, we have been backfilling roles and in prior years these roles would have been held to eliminate versus cutting someone.

I heard from higher ups (VP) that there will be reorganization and shifting but no mass layoff like previous years- for this year at least. This was pre holiday.
