I heard Dan celebrate the big earnings win this week, but I’m left wondering what has changed in the business other than the big layoffs. Since then, all work has stopped in VCG CXO. The leadership team was dumped, then we were placed under Nancy Clark. She handed off to somebody from Frontier who really has no idea about the business. This week she held an all hands meeting - 175 people joined the call - she was 14 minutes late! Her chief of staff had to stall for time and chat about the weather. Tiger teams will fix it all - yay!

Sounds like an infomercial. The new VCG Leadership vacuum, boy does this baby su-k.
We have leadership surplus not vacuum. Get rid of thousands of VPs/ AVPs/ Sr Directors / Directors and ADs
Not only Verizon will save the cost, they will reduce the redundancy and friction at each point.
@a5 may be they are splitting Nancy’s org.. it’s way too big right now..
so.much.nonsense
House of cards! Your point summarizes Vz Leadership strategy... more of same
Unfortunately, not fake. It wasn’t Nancy’s meeting, she has been MIA. It was led by Jen from Frontier, who doesn’t even show up in our org structure. I was there this Wednesday too - the Experience Products & Strategy All Hands. Just a sad & expensive waste of time.
Fake! There was no all-hands meeting in Nancy’s org this week.
Verizon may have many things, but what it does not have is a “leadership vacuum.” There are far too many useless leaders busy making PowerPoints while wasting the working team’s valuable time.
One of the directors won’t even lift a finger to make their own presentations and asks working-level employees to contribute to executive presentations so they can go ahead and present them to executives. won’t do working-level work, and won’t do middle-manager-level work.
Ha I would love to see the cost of time per year people in Jersey and Florida discuss the stupid weather. Yes it’s warmer in Florida. Yes it snows in Jersey. Who the f cares? So many id--ts and fools just wasting time with nonsense.
