And, if so, will we get a pay sheet showing the amount a week before?

Yes
It was in your paperwork you signed.
You will also get the stock options from last year in March/April or maybe June/July time period. Check your Fidelity account.
How can you not know this?
Who the fk knows..just get it when you get it. The percentage of metrics isn't even known yet. It should be close to last one paid...so there...
@a5
Wrong..at least for Network folks...see my recent post
There are different "bonuses". If you mean the Network bonus STI..for network goals, build out outage kpis etc, yes. And here is the explanation straight from HR...
Question 1
Your STI is included in 2 ways as part of your severance.
1.) Your STI target amount is used in determining your weekly compensation portion of your severance payment. Your weekly pay includes base pay plus target STI.
2.) You will also be eligible for a full 2025 STI award which will be paid in a lump sum in Feb 2026, at the same time all employees receive the award. The amount is listed as zero on your sheet because the final amount has not yet been determined. The STI calculation is 50% based on your individual performance (all impacted employees will receive the full payment for this portion) and then 50% based on company performance. The company's perf results will be finalized in Jan so all of our STI's will be modified by the company's performance.
It was included in their termination package, they are not getting anything further. They should see a line item of 100% payout.
Found it!
“If I am eligible, and my last day of active employment is on or after December 1, 2025, I will be eligible for a full year 2025 STI award subject to individual and company performance payable during the normal bonus cycle in Q1 the following year.”
