Multiple Middle managers are either a. Being converted back to IC, b. WFR’d or c. Being offered packages (depending how much you play the game with leadership).
What’s interesting is that the company is so top heavy with VP/SVP level who don’t actually “do” anything, yet are safe. Time for a clean out at that level and start investing in the people who actually build things and sell things
@a5 - Michael only keeps BS around because none of the legacy Dell people know what a Bank is. BS has all the relationships in the largest and most profitable accounts. It's a shame BS sold out by staying and taking large incentivies to do so.... he should have left years ago.
