Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Time for a new CEO

The culture is terrible, the quality is embarrassing, there is no direction, and our competition is eating our lunch. This guy does not inspire anyone.

@ap Bill is the single biggest shareholder in terms of voting power. He’s grooming his daughter (see her recent chat with him at some policy summit) to take over as Chairman. He’s not going anywhere nor is his family. You either accept that or move on.

I think there’s hope as long as JF is replaced though.

Bill, Fartley, and pink bunny slippers are driving Ford into the ground. Not sure why they are still running the show.

It's way overdue for a new CEO.

Today 2nd quarter financial report will dictate which way the company will be heading to.

@a4 Exactly what position is that? Hands on knees, pants around ankles?

@a4 is that guy driving the opposite way on the expressway. Basically it's criminally stupid. We-ponized ignorance.

Are you re--rded? DF is part of the problem. The whole top tier and their reports need to go to change anything.

I do not disagree, given the results at the corporate level.

DF is the right talent for the top leadership position. Fact.
