I wonder if that includes Senior management and the BOD? Because failure starts at the top not the bottom.
We already know BF track record as CEO. Fired by his own family in 06.
JF. Yeah this one puzzles me. I can not find one accomplishment he has done since he was hired. 17mn vehicles sold in a good year and market share continues to drop. F-Series sales continue to drop. So I nominate JF for the coveted "BEND SC--W AWARD".
JF word of advice stop blaming the troops for your poor choices. We already know you are not a Bob Lutz or Lee Iacocca. Look in the mirror that is the real problem. Sick and tired of this clown blaming everyone but himself. This demonstrated he is not a true leader.

As we speak there is legislation being pushed to let the AI companies run amok without being held liable for the killings and other damage it will cause.

Then, where the he-l is his plan? Maybe be should work on that instead of burning our money on business class flights to France for him and his security detail so he can race in a stupid race with 50 other Mustangs that nobody will ever watch or give a sh-t about.

Lmao Farley needs to make a plan for all the Millions of recalls! My god when is Ford going to be held accountable.

One recall can cost you the owner time, wages, gas, along with inconvenience to your life style.

Try 12 recalls on one Ford F-150

Nope. It's more like our competitors are leaving Ford behind.

Look at Ford vehicles and you can tell tha Ford is 5 years behind our competitors.

Another excuse to down size and cut pensioners. Between Billy’s wet dreams for the train station and Lightening and Jimbos St---y for the Mach e and BEVs….. Down the tubes Ford goes.

JF is the one who needs replaced along with the BOD and senior management. I do not know why Wall Street or the Press give these people a break when everyone on the outside could see through this fantasy island vision.
What has JF done since he has been at Ford? We continue to loose market share not only worldwide but here in NA. F-Series volumes continue to drop. So what is Einstein's answer well Ford will sell 2mil EVs in 2027. Are you kidding me? That has to be a joke. Sorry to say this but the company is dying. No product people can afford and JF continues to ignore what people are looking for.

the actual reason companies are getting sc--wed by AI is because these companies like Ford made investments into AI into their data center way too soon & energy prices are spiking across the board for each tech company.....just think about the heat wave we just had. There are data centers in Ohio for example that just cant be built/sustained due to energy prices and a bad grid, companies will go bankrupt over AI. thus why the US is investing into other countries to house these data center like saudi arabia etc. for cheap energy.

So when the board meets with shareholders etc, the conversation, "well should we keep the AI.. or the employees?" and you know how thats gunna go....

but imo long term ramifications are these companies are gunna be too aggressive with head count cuts, and will be stuck with useless AI, much like companies are already experiencing and re hiring humans. because the cost of AI alone will not grow your company at the same rate 1:1, they will just be left holding an expensive energy bill and losses with no humans around to manage the issues.

Universal Basic Income (UBI) is the socialist’s dream bait to “solve the AI problem”.

Socialism never delivers anything but misery and absolute autocratic control to an “elite” class.
