@a8 being critical of the learning at Dell is totally fair. I don't feel I've been challenged or learned anything transferable in a Dell training to date. I'd rather have 2 calls a year with my manager, roll playing and getting feedback on my sales skills for instance, than have AI grade my conversation that I built from AI

you are saying this because of fear of loosing your job. GPT will prevail over the demotivated individuals who are polluting DELL with their presence.

The only dissatisfaction is that there's no 3x speed to get thru these pointless training videos

I can't tell you what parts of tbe training I found to be silly since I played them at 2x speed with the sound muted while doing my actual job. On days that I was feeling ambitious I'd open a training on my desktop and another on my laptop and play 2 trai ings at 2x soeed with the sound muted so could get through them even faster.

What Dell GPT are you using. The formed Dell Chat has not been replaced yet.
