Ford is too incompetent to do layoffs too fast. It will take many months.

Nope, unfortunately this one has a lot of smoke this time and therefore likely some truth, or at least stealthy moves until end of next week.

Fake post. OP can’t even spell, “quiet.” Ignore this post.

May of 2022 was the first wave of massive cuts. Makes sense that if it was coming May would be it.

Is it true? I am expecting one as there are way too many employees, but personally didn't hear about anything. Is it more targeted on salaried or contractors?

Ford currently have way too many employees with no job assignment or responsibilities. Working from home, call into a meeting once a day, or show up to work for an hour or two once or twice per week, no contribution to the company what so ever. Why isn't Ford management doing something about it? They are all in the same boat.

False. No leadership mentioned anything about layoffs today at the Global Town Hall. They had the ideal opportunity to discuss if something was planned, but they didn't.

Something is cooking..a lot of private meetings.
Even Billy spoke about management working on a big Transformation project then another big topic called tariffs came along.
