I have worked hard for Centene. I have dodged one round of layoffs. I take pride in my work. Now I am getting hit with petty audits. I am following what former leadership told me to follow and being told by new leadership this is wrong. I try to point out inconsistencies with policies and let with silence. Centene is going to fire/layoff good hardworking employees. They care more about members then the employees who are trying to serve the members.

There is something going on. I tried to post more info and it is not showing up. I think because I said the "Sue".
I don't blame members. It is leadership at fault. I have always cared about our members, but when leadership wants to deny member's services, UM are held responsible. For example....PCW.
They simply do not wanna pay us severance so they take more and more things away that are counted as “credits” for “productivity”. i called it many moons ago that ever since we became shared services, everyone has been on a PIP. but they just dont call it that.
I exceed productivity each day, thats just my norm. But I get hit with petty emails over small mistakes.
Don’t blame the members…Leadership cares about leadership and the profit margin.
