Does Manager need to be in the office?

Does the manager need to be in the off ice when they setup zoom calls with their team members to let them go? Was this covered in the training this AM?

@a4 typically it’s future dated for a layoff. This one is supposed to be end of may.

@a1 thanks. Assuming it’s a straight escort out of the office if the employee happens to be in the office vs being on Zoom? Is there a grace time or termination happens on the same day itself?

yes, we are required to be in office tomorrow. Zoom calls will be scheduled between HR, manager and the associate being let go off
