Is Tech impacted?
I informed my manager I’d be more than willing to take a severance. I was hoping and expecting to be on the list. I waited and waited, watching the phone all day and nothing.
I am not happy that I was not picked. I plan on having a WTF conversation with them later next week should I not get a call within the next few days.
Its as if the more you want the severance, the less likely you are to be picked.
The more desperate you are or need the insurance, the more likely you are to be let go.
Is it that they want to see you beg and wring your hands with worry? Is that what it takes?
I know for sure a few folks in Jax were let go today 4-15-26.

I’m hoping to get laid off today. Really tired with my job now but I need the $$$ severance. Any idea when they will announce who to get laid off?
It’s hard to explain but I’d so much rather have a severance package offered to me. I’m tired.

I suspected something was coming soon. My manager and his counterparts have been acting weird. Everyone is managing up and scrambling to find their place with Loffy and company gone. It's a mess.
