Always assume layoffs are happening at any company.
A few tips for Fiserv Sales:
- Never sell a functionality that you say already exists but hasn't been developed yet.
- Never demo one product and sell the client another one.
- Never sell dedicated infrastructure. Anyone that does this, especially if it is a large bank, the entire sales team needs to be fired and anyone in the technology org that agrees to it.

@a4 sadly, Sales is about the only group that gets paid well because they get paid off the hard work of other teams. It’s shameful and has been allowed far too long to continue. Pay them for their job, not off the hard work of other teams!
Sales was the only org we seemed to have even hired anyone into. Leadership was bragging about doubling the size of the sales academy.
