Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

The Storm Is Coming

Looks like the next few months are going to be a slow-motion collapse. Leadership might bail, CSG will keep bleeding out, and the AI server sugar high won’t last. When the bubble pops, the stock could crater below 70. RevOps won’t save us, and the new tool launching in May might just choke what’s left of the org. Meanwhile, certain leaders will keep shouting confidence while everything burns behind them.

Eh, don't be so dramatic lol. Dell isn't "collapsing" as a company anytime soon. I doubt it ever will actually. Yeah there are a lot of BS things we all have to deal with and put up with internally but Dell does have a good reputation overall with consumers and business's. Maybe it's not as good as HP or Lenovo - I have no idea - but, there is no "slow collapse" going on here.

As for AI, that bubble is just getting started in all reality. The "burst" will be in my guess, 10-20 years but it's far from "popping" anytime soon.

Honestly, I'd be SHOCKED if the new "tool" - aka the "NDA" launches and goes live in May lol. Literally, I'd be bamboozled if it truly does. I'm part of the project and we have a smallish but VERY important role in the entire thing. We are pretty much done with our part but, I have my doubts..

JC sent out an email stating a bunch of things and left it with "To be clear, we won't be pushing this back again..." - whatever tf THAT means lmfao. Acting so tough when the truth is that, this IS a very important and large project for Dell. So, if it's not 100% ready by May are we just going to push it out into production half a$$ and hope for the best because tough guy JC said it wont be pushed back again? Honestly, I think that'd be HILARIOUS tbh. It'd make him look bad and who knows, maybe help the board let him go?!

This is old news. Anyone that has been paying attention should have realized that this whole company has been in a slow motion collapse since October 12, 2015. All our inept readership can do is slow the sinking of the ship, then take all the lifeboats.

I would take this with a huge grain of salt. Most of what is being shared here reads like speculation or rumor rather than verifiable facts. Dell has had its ups and downs like any large tech business, but there is no credible evidence of a slow-motion collapse, leadership bailing, or imminent stock crash. Yes, certain segments face challenges, but that is normal for a global company in a competitive market. It is important to separate dramatic opinion from actual data before spreading fear.
