And I hope I get my walking papers. I went from loving my job to hating this place in a few years, and I'd be happy to leave it and never look back.

@gz layoff predictions? Next Monday? All bets on January personally. With Ford Land’s hotel desk protocol , no personal items to worry about packed in a cardboard box, “World’s Greatest Dad!” picture frame, die cast cars or golf ball collection and that potted plant. Exit will be clean, just grab my jacket and a $6 chicken and go.

Only Ford let the losers like DF and JF continue to operate. I would bet 1 trillion $$$ that nothing will be accomplished in 5 years. Model E with California shnooks in white slippers, another budget drain to nowhere. Couldnt do FNV4 from California, now all of a sudden Model E is a thing in the peack of recession and when customers do not want Ford EVs anymore. Insanity.
If you are in Model e or in any sub organization under DF, you are safe. These pillar organizations of the company are not being tasked due to critical skill.
This could literally describe a dozen different leaders in that area. Not a good sign.

I’m in the same boat. I’m on the CE1 team and ready to leave. Leadership on my team su-ks and my manager is a real bu-----e. Taking this job was a big mistake. Now seeing Farley kissing up to Trump and stating Ford was forced into EVs is the final nail in the coffin. Town hall coming up with Doug Field and I will be posting a question on Farley’s statements. That is, if I don’t get laid off first or find another job.
