They ask you to reflect on how you use AI
And then they provide you with sample text to that effect
My guess is 50% or more basically copy/paste the sample text into their reflection, wordsmith it a little, hit Submit
Not sure why anyone even fusses over this perfunctory BS...it takes me no more than two minutes to scribble out some junk and hit Submit. They don't even give you much space to write...seems pretty obvious everyone knows it is just going through the motions

It's just a game we play (but don't have any fun doing it).
I don't know what a "reflection" is (I've been gone a while), but whatever you do, say you are happy as a clam and love the company.
I'm sure my org be in the next splunk purge (or the one after) so I'm planning my way out currently. Our VP just got dumped and I have no idea how the org is still here.
Yeah this cycle is so annoying because myself and so many other folks on my team have been shafted by leadership by this split rewards and zero merit budget. I’m sure they are just going to be running it all through AI anyways.
