@a4 I spoke to a few HRs after Thursday's massacre that left no one behind the wheels. Most of them are extremely frustrated with the Neustar ppl and looking to move out of this company asap. One of the, even said "Directors might as well change the company's name to Neustar" and the HRs seem to know/suspect under the desk deals with contractor for hire consultancy but no one has the spine to standup against it.

There is no hope left, flee while you can.

I understand guilt is a rare emotion for C-suite. Even for the kinda evil sh-t these two are pulling off.

None of SVPs, VPs, Sr Directors or Directors have the spine to oppose the destructive decisions being made. Everyone is happy to line their pockets with money from shady deals hiring contractors.

They won't respond. HR should since they're the cheerleaders of this mess. Go for it HR. Tell us exactly what leadership has done for employees. While at it, why should customers work with TU after the multi-year bloodbath?
