@a9 Totally. Since it’s 16 min and 52 max, they could’ve given me 28 weeks — I’ve been there for such long time. But 16 weeks was the safest for them: just enough to avoid issues, and still save money.

I was chopped in the previous round. I was a Senior Director — 14 years full-time plus 6 years as a full-time freelancer. Since it says “Directors is 16/52,” they gave me 16 weeks.
