Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

What is pay range for a Senior Director?

Curious how much my leadership makes. What is typical base and STI/LTI?

Why is this so important to you OP? Does it change anything in your life? It doesn't for me.

Great for that person for working hard to get to that point. Some of us want to be in individual contributor roles while others want to be leaders. They are under so much stress and pressure that I don't envy their job but I do understand why they are paid for their position. While we know some do not deserve that role, it does not apply across the board. If you are that miserable, find another position where you feel appreciated.
