CEO Sammy's message this morning telling everyone to charge their customers more falls a little flat when none of our outside vendors have raised prices on the existing stock they have. The billable supplies division is completely stuck. Make the sale without the price increase for "some" money or lose the sale to the vendors who haven't raised prices (and for some reason were sent the majority of our pre-tariff shipments) and get zero money. It's always nice to hear about Sammy's vast travel schedule though. Real morale-booster, there... Sigh...

@ad The "changes" they'll make will be more layoffs. Not a great time to end up unemployed right now, I really hope that doesn't happen.
I think the concept of “raise your price and we will be more profitable” if very dangerous.
Reps who have full control over their pricing will propose equipment that will force our current base and potential new customers to obtain additional quotes. This is the last thing you want to see happen because we will lose in the long run.
This isn’t 1997 anymore where we can go in and undercut the high prices Xerox boxes. This is 2025 where for many years our company has been the target due to our success. Unfortunately not seeing the writing on the wall regarding the economic climate and the lack of demand for our product is a big miss.
A blame shifter, not a leader. The CEO obviously has been reading these posts. Well to the CEO: you're working days are numbered too if attitudes like that what's been described. Expect more people to comment, berate, monitor and call you out for callous ba----d you truly are. Turn up the heat on this gutless yellow tu-d.
Sammy is drinking the CNN/MSNBC fake news kool-aid. Most other companies are making changes to avoid tarrifs. Why doesn't Sammy do the same?
@a4 The tariffs are in fact the fault of this administration and they are in fact the direct reason for our price increases, and the budget cuts from public education, one of our biggest partnerships. If staff cuts/layoffs are issued and direct sales come to an end, you'll have this administration's bonkers economic policies to thank for it.
All I read was “It’s orange man’s fault!”
Sammy, turn off MSNBC.
