- More and Better Training for our Management (Too many are insidious in action and require reprogramming)
- Predictable Pay Increases (We live in a time of high inflation. Two years without pay bumps is adding up)
- Clearly Outlined, Meritocratic Perf. Evaluation & Promotion
- ELT Accountability (We want to see ELTs performance evaluation criteria and when they don’t meet it we want to see accountability)
Axing 15% (2024) then 20% (2025) of “the employees” while having a “shelter and shuffle”attitude toward executive elites is not the answer. We deserve better. Take heed.
