This company doesn't give a rat's a$$ about education or qualifications. Ki$$ a$$ people being promoted in the company.
It's easy to get hired as a janitor or in the warehouse and move up the ladder to become a director.
The proof is all around you.

Good luck. Nobody is safe there, think you are indispensable, have valuable skills nobody else has? The bean counters don't GAF, you are just a number on a spreadsheet. If they can create $2 more in margin by cutting you they will.
SL here, haven't heard anything layoff wise here. I know they have been working on their 3rd reorg this year.
I've only heard about Emmott and CTI. Manager/Director levels so far. But also hear that it isn't over.
