What is the average raise after graduating from the analyst program? Is 10% an average or that’s too high to expect?

Depends heavily on BU. Some CIOs do fixed comp packages for everyone and negotiation falls to deaf ears
I got a 42% raise when I graduated the program in 2022. Have an honest discussion with your boss and the person running the analyst program. Be honest about your salary expectations. Do research for the market value for the years of experience in your role. Otherwise they will lowball you.
Although my recommendation is to get out while you can. Fiserv su-ks the life out of their employees.
