Just curious if EM executives set the same PIP targets for people that get paid full salaries vs people that get paid 1/10 salaries.
It seems the bar is set much lower for the 1/10 salary group. The person in America making corrections to BTC work products seems to get a lower ranking and more likely PIP’d than the engineers that made the potentially catastrophic errors in BTC.

@b0 MZ is the worst pos emit has ever seen
NO PIP% is not the same even for the people in same location it depends on the organizations. I know EMTEC will have high % this year and MZ believes people on PIP shouldn't really pass since we can always go with fresh gradates with lower salary...
I love how capitalism is always the blame for greed. Socialism is innocent from its conception to today. We have a serious problem here in the US of devision of real issues but I’d rather be here than other western countries. Maybe Japan, Poland or Hungary. Thats about it. The other Norwegian countries have been infiltrated with over educated virtuous people who embrace Marxism. I’d rather be here.
@a8 It’s the same thing that happened to manufacturing jobs, and why you probably shop at Walmart or Sam’s Club. Work gets done where it is capitally efficient. Your problem is with capitalism.
