Lol theres nothing to postpone because layoffs were never on the table to begin with.
One main reason to postpone would be for a major news announcement like a buyout or merger. Companies will typically not go through a RIF or major structure change during the due diligence period. My guess, someone is trying to buy Fiserv or a piece of Fiserv.
@an whole company "needs improvement" only makes sense they would dish those out to people actually doing the work smh
@a3 is there any recourse for that? I got NI without any discussion prior. No issues any other year.

Weird, the post from this morning was deleted. Probably because they’re trying to figure out how to terminate more people without paying severance. Also, HR/Legal realized they rated everyone a needs improvement when they hadn’t actually had any discussions about poor performance because they just made the rating up.
