i have one 26 on my team and there wasn't even a box in comp planner to enter a bonus in for them as they are ineligible.

Grade 26 and below will no longer receive RRP. This communication was sent out last year. Those grade levels received a pay increase and a one time bonus payout. This coming a grade 28.

@a3 was that for all of Wellmed? My pay was not adjusted nor did I receive a yearly raise. Had a 3 on scorecard.
@bm not totally correct. I’m a 26 and no longer receive the bonus I got with landmark. I received a small increase in pay in October along with a bonus to make up for no longer getting a bonus.

Bonus is still given to Grade 26 and below but, was reduced. Only hourly employees were given a one time raise when bonus payout was adjusted.

I swore there was an email that went out last year saying everyone 26 and under got a one-time raise and was categorically ineligible for bonuses going forward.
totals given aren't released until 2/11.
For WellMed Bonuses for 26 and below are no longer given. Pay was adjusted to make up the difference last year
our dept is grade 28 and we dont have them scheduled yet and have been told that the amounts havent been finalized yet
