If you are having problems logging into the portal, try all lowercase letters for the vzid portion and no uppercase letters. This has fixed the problem for some people today.

@a3 there may be other problems but I can tell you for a fact, the lowercase entry fixed the problem for everyone I talked to about this today. Call it bogus if you want but trying to help.
I still cannot get into the portal. If anyone has any information on this please let us know. Thank you!
