does anyone know the exact numbers of each and which dept's and how many at each level ,wireless and wireline ,like real numbers?

Heard min of 10-15pct every organization down to AD teams. Also heard some band 5s are being impacted today. If those employees, ICs, etc have been hiding or coasting, down drifting, working on teams several layers removed from the customer, the chicken has come home to roost.

15-20% in every group
They are getting rid of very talented people because their immediate leader doesn’t see eye to eye with them and must make numbers. It stinks if you have a bad leader not advocating for you.

Dude it’s happening. I think 15-30% depending on org, budget targets, and band. im working with folks who are actually in the know on this task. I was kept out of some of the meetings for more sensitive stuff but another commenter said that their SR Director told them they had to provide a list of low performers to management and that was like in the last week of October.
