What should I learn and study to get a job there?

Accept that once you get title "Manager at Intel" you will forever work at Intel, because no one hires intel managers.
Brown nose your manager and do only what serves you and that manager. Manage your employees just enough to make you look good. Network. Remember jargon that strung together really doesn't make sense but to others doing the same they somehow understand the nonsense. Never mind that your employees are human and may actually want to do great work.
Toss out your heart and your soul, and you'll do just fine.
ALL of this can be done by AI.
There are no need for humans in these areas anymore. What a waste of $$$$$
Learn to lie #1. Compulsive (but convincing) liars are managers, usually. Pretend. Tell stories.
2 - learn the nonsense words used by people just managing. Jargon. Buzzwords. It makes up most of their day and has very little actual meaning.
- Send emails with the words you learn. Lie.
Congrats. You are now barely managing.
Learn to be toxic. How to yell in meetings, and consider company as if you own it. Create negativity. This is how Intel's managers are.
Usual stuff: Excel, PowerPoint, su-king up, kicking down. Getting some tan should help with get your foot in the door, I would start by working on that.
You just need to know how to use Excel spreadsheet, copy & paste other people works to report up to the food chains and must bullsh-t a lot .

No chances if you are not Indian! The code is all Indians considers the company their personal property and only helps their own!
Why do you want to be a manager at Intel when the new CEO said they are useless and mis managed the people just a few months after hiring? Do you want to work with paranoid mental illness people OP? Why not choose some where else? You dont need to study or learn anything. Just be a good friend with Indian there and you will get it.
OP is facetious, but from my experience managers who are mainly focused on managing people are corrupt, political people. If you do not have this mindset, you cannot become a manager.
The like prior military service. Engineering degree is also preferable but you can get a job in the fab as a tech and work your way up. It's a political minefield!
Learn politics or be Indian, you would be natural!
