Fellow Citi bankers,
I completed two round of interviews for a C13 role at Citi. I got a request to upload my photo onto workday. I did that about 4 days ago. How long does it usually take to HR to come back to me with the offer after the photo verification process?

Maybe the offer will be for 2026 like some other thread on this board. Keep looking.
It took me about a few days to a week. Once you complete your photo submission, you may have to complete a pre offer background check if youre in the NYC area.
Upload a photo in Workday? WTH?
Not a smart move, but it depends where you come from...
If you want a reasonable job with fair pay and fair treatment by mgmt, and to not have to fear that your job is going to get cut at any moment because the company is offshoring jobs to circumvent the H1-B visa process…go to a different company don’t join Citi
@az were you hired recently? How long did it take for the HR to get back to you after you uploaded the picture onto workday?
Welcome aboard Go Citi!!!!
@aa OMG not just me. Took two weeks for me and I was largely ignored by the team as they were ll super busy. Didn't start doing real work for a month.
Good luck! You have no idea how much stupid you are about to encounter.
@a3 tottaly new process. They want to prevent candidate impersonation as per their email. Damn a month? That’s brutalll.
Yeah, then you get onboarded with no laptop, no access etc and it takes about a week for all that. So you'll essentially be doing nothing. Citi's hiring and onboarding processes are a joke.
Whoa....this is a new one. When I was hired in the Coviod days, I didn't have to upload a photo but did have to upload covid vaccine certificate
Hiring really depends on the pace with which the hiring manager wants to move. HR is slow as sh1t and pretty useless. And not everything is entirely in the hiring manager's hands either. There is no set timeline. It could take anywhere from a week to a month to get the offer letter. After that, it moves quicker
