@a3 Yeah but if they fire you “for cause” - ie, not meeting the RTO requirements - you can’t file for unemployment. (You could try, but Medtronic will successfully deny the claim.) End result? Medtronic reduces headcount without paying severance or unemployment.
Anyone notices that managers are watching you when you arrive a bit after 8 am or leave at 4pm? Looks like our hours are not officially being tracked.

Not true, I am a people leader. We’ve been encouraged to document if someone is missing their target in office days or direct them to HR for longer term health issues, but there is no punitive action for those mostly adhering to the in office requirements. Hours are not being tracked. The dashboard looks for laptop first and then badge, either work.
